Christopher Diana-Peebles
Although I am rarely seen on the scene without a camera in front of me, I started life on the other side of the lens. My father was a camera//film//tech-native that was always interested in the latest thing. When I came along he pointed every camera possible at me. Naturally this passion was passed from father to son and as soon as I touched a camera I was hooked for life.
Christopher Diana-Peebles is a results-focused film industry professional with over ten years of independent filmmaking experience in the Portland area.
As a passionate creative with a background in collaborating with visionary multidisciplinary artists, Christopher has focused on strong visual storytelling.
He has worked with organizations such as Futro Records, Easy Folk Media, CETI, and Arts For Learning covering live events, creating music videos, promoting events, and contributing to art installations.
His commercial production experience includes working with local agencies like Kamp Grizzly, happylucky, Open Range, and R\West, collaborating on projects for prominent brands such as Adidas, First Tech Federal Credit Union, Columbia Sportswear, Nike, 24hr Fitness, Wrangler, ASICS, Bonne Mama, and Bose.
Christopher's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Arts and Letters from Portland State University, with minors in Art Practice and Film Theory, as well as Associate's degrees in Video Production and Multimedia from Portland Community College. His coursework has provided him with a solid foundation in directing, producing, cinematography, communication, photography, and design, equipping him with a comprehensive skill set for visual storytelling and creative production.
